• Regular polish:

Regular polish may not last long, depending on several factors specific to the customer including: customer lifestyle, health and following of maintenance instruction.

ZenHaus does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above. We also don’t recommend our customers to leave regular colour on their natural nails for more than 7 days, it might damage your nail surfaces.

• Gel/Shellac polish.

Gel/Shellac polish is a light-cured polish product that lasts longer than regular colour, depending on several factors to the customer including: customer lifestyle, health and following of maintenance instruction.

ZenHaus provide 1 week guarantee period, in which if you experience any issues you may return to the salon to have a repair done FREE of charge.

• Bio-sculpture gel polish, SNS dipping powder

Bio-sculpture gel polish is as known as a pure gel solution - cruelty free. This gel can last quite long from 1-3 weeks and you can infill it every one or two times before getting new set of gel to refresh your natural nails.

SNS dipping powder is the new nail technique that don’t require customers to use LED light. This technique will last from 1-3 weeks.

For SNS dipping powder, customers please do NOT touch acetone after getting this treatment because it will damage the colour (this is how the authentic SNS top coat works, if you do not want to use this top coat, you can ask technician to use Shellac top coat)

ZenHaus provide 1 week guarantee period, in which if you experience any issues you may return to the salon to have a repair done FREE of charge.

• Nail enhancement (acrylic, gel powder):

Nail enhancement are semi-permanent light-cured nail product designed to last on your nail for indefinite time period when appropriately maintained. Maintenance on these services should be conduct every 2-3 weeks.

Acrylic/gel powder nail enhancement are NOT indestructible. We guarantee 3 days for you to come back to repair if that was because of our chemical error, technician’s faults, we will repair FREE of charge. However if we feel that your product breakdown because of external factors, you will be charged for the nail repair service.

Appointment.

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment at ZenHaus, please give us notice as soon as you can. This ensures that we can all make appropriate arrangements to rebook your appointment while also giving other customers the opportunity to fill in your cancelled space

We ask that if you believe you are going to be arriving to your appointment late that you would notify ZenHaus immediately with your estimate time frame. If you are 10 minutes late without any notice, we will considered it as a no-show.

We always try to see our lovely customers on time, however, some customers might need extra care due to their nail condition, we also will let you know at least 15 minutes before your appointment about roughly how long do we need.

Refund.

ZenHaus does NOT provide refund for any services and Gift Voucher purchased.

Gift Voucher.

You can purchase gift vouchers for your loved ones in ZenHaus.

Gift voucher has expiry date and please consider to use it before that date. We can not issue refund on any voucher, if you have not used up all the voucher’s value, we can transfer the leftover into another voucher so that you can use it next time.

We do NOT take any responsibility if you lost your voucher.

Right to refuse treatments.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse treatments due to disrespect and rudeness towards ZenHaus staffs.

ZenHaus reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
